Welcome to EC Excellence Coaching, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (“Services”). By using any of our websites or web properties and/or booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide coaching services, which may include one-on-one sessions, group programs, online content, workshops, and related resources. These services are intended for educational, motivational, and personal development purposes only.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, business, medical or legal advice. If you need legal, psychological or medical support, please consult a licensed professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use our services. By using our site or booking services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payments and Refunds

• All fees for services are clearly stated on our website or agreed upon during booking.

• Payments must be made in advance and through a mutually agreeable payment method unless we otherwise agree in writing.

• You must notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. Refunds are subject to the refund policy posted on our website or stated in Section 4 below. We may elect, but are not required, to provide refunds in other circumstances.

• We do not accept insurance as payment for our services.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund, unless due to emergencies. If you have paid for a certain number of sessions as part of a package, you must reschedule any missed or canceled sessions and will not be entitled to a refund in those circumstances.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions as needed and will notify you promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities and Rights

By using our services, you agree to:

• Participate actively and respectfully in coaching sessions.

• Be honest and open during our work together.

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions.

We reserve the right to discontinue services with clients who act inappropriately, breach these Terms or for any other reason. Subject to the next sentence, you may discontinue services at any time. If you purchase a package for a certain number of sessions and elect not to complete those sessions, you will not be entitled to a refund of prepaid but unused amounts.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will treat all personal information shared during coaching as confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others, legal subpoenas). The privacy policy available on the homepage of our website (ElieenCoparropa.com) applies to our collection and use of your information.

You acknowledge that digital communications (e.g., email, video calls) may not be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee confidentiality for data transmitted online.

7. Intellectual Property

This website and all materials provided (including but not limited to videos, worksheets, PDFs, and course content) are the intellectual property of EC Excellence Coaching, LLC or its owners or licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

• Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your effort, commitment, and circumstances.

• Our services are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We are not liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Limitation of Liability and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• You are solely responsible for all choices and decisions that you make as a result of your use of the services.

• You agree to release, discharge and indemnify us and our employees and agents from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, that may arise from your use of our services or any choice, act or decision you make as a result of the services. This release and indemnity also applies to your heirs, executors, administrators, and estate.

• Neither we nor our agents or employees shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• If, notwithstanding the foregoing, any court or arbiter finds that we or our agents or employees are liable to you, our and our agents’ and employees’ total, aggregate liability for any and all claims arising under these Terms or in respect of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant services.

You acknowledge that we are relying on these limitations on liability as a condition to providing the services to you.

10. Governing Law, Disputes and Severability

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington

You agree to resolve any disputes, other than disputes for your failure to pay for the services, through binding arbitration or small claims court in the jurisdiction corresponding to your location, unless otherwise agreed.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will still apply

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
